Registration and Payment:

• Full payment is required to secure your spot in courses and retreats
• Prices are subject to change, but registered participants pay the price at time of registration

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Full refund minus processing fees
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before: No refund, but credit toward future events
• We reserve the right to cancel events due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds will be provided

5. Limitation of Liability

The Release Process™ and related teachings are offered for educational and spiritual growth purposes. While many people experience profound benefits, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kate Freeman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our services.
